A space where teen voices are heard, valued, and strengthened.
Let’s Talk Offline (LTO) Teen Empowerment Workshops is a youth-driven after-school program designed to equip teens with the social, emotional, and communication skills they need to make healthy choices and avoid risky behaviors.
We believe every teen deserves a safe space to grow, express themselves, and develop confidence in who they are becoming.
Our Mission
To empower teens with practical life skills that build self-esteem, strengthen communication, and develop resilience—helping them become confident, capable, and purpose-driven young leaders.
Our Vision
“We envision a generation of young people who are confident in their identity, equipped with real-life skills, and prepared to make wise decisions that positively impact their future, families, and communities.”
What We Do
Through structured, age-appropriate workshops, LTO provides teens with tools to:
- Strengthen self-esteem and self-worth
- Build healthy communication skills
- Develop emotional awareness and resilience
- Learn decision-making skills that reduce risky behavior
- Explore leadership and personal responsibility
Our curriculum is engaging, relevant, and designed to meet teens where they are in real life—not just in theory.
Why It Matters
Today’s teens face increasing pressure from peers, social media, and their environment. Many are navigating complex emotional and social challenges without enough safe spaces to talk openly.
LTO bridges that gap by creating a supportive environment where teens can be heard, understood, and guided with care and structure.
Our Approach
LTO is a youth-centered, conversation-based program that encourages honesty, reflection, and growth. We partner with families, schools, and community organizations to support teens holistically—emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
We believe real change happens when young people feel seen, respected, and empowered to make better choices for their future.
Leadership
Founded by Dr. Lula Williams, Let’s Talk Offline was created with a deep commitment to helping young people rediscover their value, voice, and purpose.
